CSEPF plans to set up building complex in Ghala

The Civil Service Employees Pension Fund (CSEPF) has prepared a detailed plan for a multi-purpose building project in Ghala in Muscat Governorate.

The building is part of CSEPF efforts to diversify its investments and develop the tourism sector in the Sultanate.

The project includes a four-star hotel, serviced and hotel apartments, shopping areas, food corners, fully serviced office spaces and retail outlets.

The building, which stretches over 146,962 square metres includes a ground floor dedicated for shops, four floors for offices, five floors for serviced and hotel rooms and three basements for car parking.

The hotel, which stretches over 3,782 square meters includes 247 rooms and suites, 50 deluxe apartments, food corners for international restaurant, rooms for meeting, conferences and events and a health club.

Movenpick, a renewed hotel operator, has been selected to be the operator for this hotel, which will be also the first hotel to be operated by it in the Sultanate.

The project provides 3,897 square meters for international outlets and brands, in addition to restaurants and coffee shops.
