RAO holds joint exercise with India

New Delhi

The Royal Army of Oman (RAO) concluded the joint exercise Al Najah-2 (Success-2) with India.

RAO represented by the Northern Frontier Regiment and the Indian force held a 14-day exercise in India, which included the procedures for joint military operations to achieve the planned training objectives.

The exercise aimed to raise efficiency and develop leadership and field skills and exchange of military expertise.

Brigadier Salim Bin Saif Al Hosani, Commander of the 23rd Infantry Brigade, and various senior officers of RAO attended the closing activities of the exercise.

The previous edition was held in Oman in Al Jabal Al Akhdhar in 2015.
